Join us for a fun 6-week Mommy Strong fitness session
You'll work on rebuilding your core and pelvic floor strength, boost your energy, and bond with your baby—all while having a great time!
Classes are held at Vic Studios in Westmount on Wednesdays from 11:00 am to 11:50 am
